Burning – Do you feel the burning sensation?
Out of breath – Are you out of breath? – Challenging your lungs and your heart.
Sweat – Are you sweating? – Building muscles
Struggle – You gotta struggle a little bit. That’s where the growth comes.
Simple principles to a healthy body in addition to exercise:
1. Drink enough water. Half your body weight oz of water.
2. Eat food closest to the natural source. Whatever comes from the earth. Stock your refrigerator with fresh veggies and fruits.
3. 12-hour eating window. 12-hour digesting window.
Health is the foundation. Prioritize it.
