Dear readers,
How are you doing? It is summer again. The US is opening back up. I am fully vaccinated and able to see friends. There is a lot to be grateful for.
I have not been writing much for the last two months. I have been focusing on being a semi-functioning human. Drink water. Eat some food. Work. Sleep. Try to exercise. Talk to friends. Try to go into nature. I find it difficult to stay upright.
What have you been doing to help you move through this transition? For many people, work and personal life have shifted. I will be working mostly remote now. I am slowly figuring out a structure that would support my mental health. Do you have helpful tips?
As a reminder for all of us: It is okay if you are not feeling okay. There is not one way to be a human. No need to try and fit into a template. And you are absolutely worthy of the effort and care you put into growing yourself, with or without external validations. Keep going.
I am grateful that I am writing again. Hope you take good care of yourself and I will do the same.
