Craig, A Verb

By | November 29, 2020

A good captain does not abandon his own ship, ever.

Unless, he is having a baby in two weeks. Our good captain, Craig, is having a girl. This is his first child. Craig is lucky to have found the love of his life early in high school. The minute Karen walked towards Craig, everything was decided for him. It took her a little over 15 years to get onboard.

Craig, as you can tell, is persistent. The couple is deciding between the name “Rose” or “Liz”. Craig stopped sailing and stayed with Karen throughout the pregnancy. He painted the nursery mint green. He could have easily hired someone to do it. He read books on pregnancy and female hormones, tailored diet plans to support Karen and the baby, and massaged Karen’s back, legs and feet regularly. Karen had to ask him to stop “Craiging her and the baby”.

Craig is beyond excited to meet his baby girl. We are pretty sure he will be a great dad. Congratulations!

Now, your turn, any thoughts? I care to know.
